Sean Walsh (Finance Manager) and Jeremy Owen (Education Officer) visited the Institutes’ Pakistan Branch between 16th and 21st February 2015. A visit from the Institute’s head office in London has not taken place for a number of years, and was widely anticipated by all concerned. Throughout the visit, the Pakistan branch repeatedly demonstrated their commitment to Maritime training at their first class facilities based in Karachi. Situated, opposite Karachi Port Trust (KPT) one of the main ports in Karachi, it no doubt offers inspiration to ICS students and aspiring maritime professionals.
